- Eczema, psoriasis, rash or blisters on the site to be treated.
- Those who have previously had botulinium toxin/filler injection with serious complications.
- Healing disorders
- Uncontrolled high blood pressure or mitral valve disorder.
- Those on skin medication such as ro-accutaine, antasure, steroids or other which cause over sensitive thin skin.
- Those with post inflammatory hyperpigmentation
- Those undergoing chemotherapy or radiotherapy at present, due to undergo, or have only recently finished within the last 50 days.
- Epileptics who have had a seizure in the past two years.
- Those who have had previous reactions to topical anesthetics.
Please be aware blood thinning tablets can cause excessive bleeding and bruising if you go ahead with treatment.
On the day of your appointment
- Ensure treatment area is free of makeup
- You must arrive on time as arriving over 5 minutes late will result in a loss of appointment and deposit. No exceptions as it is not fair on the following client.
- Pictures will be taken before/after treatment to be used for both insurance and promotional purposes/social media by METAL-LICIOUS AESTHETIC BEAUTY only.
- Lips/skin may appear uneven/red/lumpy immediately after treatment. Please be assured this is due to swelling and should subside within a few days. We cannot guarantee a successful result on 100% of our clients, nor can we promise an expected outcome. The longevity of hyaluronic acid is dependent on the individual therefore an exact time frame of its effects cannot be given nor predicted. It therefore comes with risk as how your skin takes or reacts to the filler is unpredictable. Under no circumstance will we be held accountable for adverse outcomes or permanent damage such as bleeding, bruising, infection, numbness, scaring, lumps or necrosis.
We do not offer refunds or free corrections as we have carried out the treatment at a cost to us. If your treatment area is uneven to begin with please remember we cannot always even it out. It is your responsibility to check you are happy with the outcome of your treatment before you leave the premises. Additional changes or adjustments you decide upon will be charged at full cost and a new appointment will need to be scheduled.

Our technician will complete a consultation with you upon arrival to your booking.
Q: I don’t know what treatment to book can you help me?
If you’re torn between two treatments don’t worry - feel free to book either. It’s very common for people to change treatment during the consultation with our technician. We appreciate not everyone knows what they want and will work with our clients to understand their needs and expectations.
Q: Can you tell me what products you use?
At Metal-licious we can use Juverderm, Restylane , Teosyal and Revolax for our treatments prices do vary so please ask.. The technician will review your features/lifestyle during your consultation and will use the product most suited to you for optimum results and longevity. We pride ourselves as a premium brand and therefore only use premium products.
Q: How long is the recovery time for your treatments?
Please allow up to 14 days for swelling or bruising to go down. If you have any concerns after 14 days please send us an email at ……...
Q: I need an appointment asap. Can you let me know if you get a cancellation?

Q: I can't find a booking for the date I need, can you help me?
If you're not able to find a booking on the system we are fully booked or closed on this date. Please search for another date to make your booking.
Q: I have made a booking on the system, are you able to squeeze my friend in at the same time?
No, all clients need to register to make a booking, pay a deposit and agree to our T+C's online. Our time slots are very limited and it's not possible to squeeze two clients into one booking.
Q: I need to cancel my booking please can I have my deposit refunded?
As per our T+C’s all deposit payments are STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE.
Q: I’m not able to attend my booking please can I reschedule?
If you wish to change the date of your booking we require a minimum of 14 days notice. If you wish to change the date within 14 days of your booking you forfeit your deposit. To make a change to your booking please log into the booking system.
Q: How old do you have to be for treatments with parental permission?
All clients must be 18 at the time of the treatment. Anyone that looks under the age of 25 will be asked for ID.
Q: How do I book Nano Droplets?
Nano Droplets is a technique used by our technician for lip fillers. Please book lip filler by the ml (as usual) and our technician will discuss technique with you during your consultation.
Q: I am interested in your Brows how to do I make a booking?
If you have previously had brows by us then please book in for a top up. If you have natural brows and would like to make a new booking we are only taking bookings for Microblading. Please use the booking system to make your booking.
Q: Do you offer finance?
Unfortunately this is not something we offer at our clinics at this moment.
Q: Can I bring my children?
Unfortunately due to the nature of the business we are not insured to allow children on the premises. If you arrive with children you may be asked to leave and therefore forfeit your deposit. We apologise in advance for the inconvenience.
